Is the quote really free?
Completely. The phone chat, the on-site visit, the measure-up and the written quote all cost nothing and come with no obligation. You only pay if you decide to go ahead with the build.
Am I committing to anything by filling this in?

What happens after I submit the form?

How soon will I hear back?
Usually within a day or two of your enquiry. If you're on a tighter timeline, mention it in your message and we'll do our best to work around it.
What if I don't know my measurements or exact details?
That's fine, rough answers are all you need here. We take precise measurements at the free site visit, so a rough size, a photo in your head and a general idea of what you want is plenty to get started.
Can I get a rough idea of price before the site visit?
We can talk ballpark on the callback once we understand your space, but the accurate price comes after we've measured up in person. Our pricing page explains why every catio is quoted individually.
Is the price fixed once I get my quote?
Yes. The figure is agreed in writing before any work starts and doesn't move unless you change the plan, no hourly meter, no surprise add-ons. More on how pricing works.

Do you take a deposit or offer payment plans?
